Shannon was tired of DIYing her brand and realized that she needed an expert to elevate her website to reach her business goals. She didn’t have a central location for clients to learn about how to work with her and she struggled with turning leads into clients. She wanted a website that represented her brand and success so that leads could book her. She wanted a website that she was proud of.
Strategy
During the strategy session, Shannon mentioned wanting to scale her business and have people invest in her services with a more automated approach. I provided her with resources and tools that can help automate her onboarding process. It was important that the website integrated these systems and included enough information for her audience to confidently book with her. With Shannon being a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, it was important to also have all of her images reflect safe sleep practices.
Design & Development
One of the things that was important for us to do is capture the attention of her audience when landing on the homepage. In order to do this, we added a video as a background cover when you first get on the homepage. We also added a quiz on the homepage to navigate someone to Shannon’s consulting services.
Launching
After launching, Shannon was able to see the following results:
- Booked 4 clients within 2 weeks of launching
- Made her investment back within 2 weeks of launching
- She had 1,000 website views in less than 2 weeks
